1. Refund Policy
At Xcite Technologies we are passionate about what we do, and we want to make your refunds or cancellation as easy as possible. In certain circumstances, you may want to return some items. Please read our return policy below, we will do our best to assist you.
Be aware that, cancelling an order does not gurantee a refund from Xcite Technologies. All device deposits are non refundable/applied to restocking fee. All orders received by business are final sale.
Your continuous use of the Xcite Technologies website means you consent that all payments or purchase made on the site are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by Xcite Technologies.
2. Returnable Products
Products that can be returned/refunded must follow the criteria described below:
- Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
- Items received in the incorrect size/color.
- If you are yet to receive your purchase Item, after the delivery window specified on your order page has passed;
We will review your Return Request on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, determine if your return is successful.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us. And tell us which of the conditions you have not met, and we will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your return request in a situation that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option not to do a refund to you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method, excluding the shipping charges and 20% restocking fee. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approved your refund request.
